Her experience supporting all aspects of relocation for multiple clients includes cost effective policy development, program implementation and program administration. In addition, Debra's management of delivery teams, relocation P&Ls, and transferee and client satisfaction led to one client's receipt of the Runzheimer Recognition for Best Practices in Relocation Management Award in 2007 and 2008.

Kelly West, CRP, GMS has more than 20 years of experience in both real estate and relocation. She has significant experience in relationship management, vision and direction, client retention and satisfaction, international destination and settling-in services, financial results/ P&L management, senior-level client relationship management, team performance, employee satisfaction and strategic account planning. Kelly serves as Membership Chair for the Rocky Mountain Relocation Council and was appointed to the 2009 National Relocation Conference Program Planning Committee for the Employee Relocation Council.
