James Montgomery
EMEA Benefits Administration Leader
James Montgomery EMEA has 12 years' advisory and business management experience in shared services and outsourcing. Jim implemented a new service delivery model for ExcellerateHRO in EMEA, delivering significant cost reductions while focusing on quality and continuous improvement. He came to ExcellerateHRO from Hewitt Associates, where he was an operations leader. Prior to that, he was a director with Sun Microsystems. In both roles, he led projects that significantly streamlined operational efficiencies.
Stuart Shackley
Business Manager, Share Plans
Stuart Shackley is Business Manager for ExcellerateHRO's Share Plan Administration team, part of our Benefits Administration service. In this role, he is responsible for the end-to-end administration and trustee services provided from our Bristol, Guernsey and Frankfurt offices. Stuart has 20 years' experience in financial services and benefits administration, 10 of which have purely focused on share plan delivery. He joined ExcellerateHRO from Towers Perrin and has previously held positions at Natwest, Royal Bank of Scotland and Computershare Investor Services.
