James Montgomery
EMEA Benefits Administration Leader
James Montgomery EMEA has 12 years' advisory and business management experience in shared services and outsourcing. Jim implemented a new service delivery model for ExcellerateHRO in EMEA, delivering significant cost reductions while focusing on quality and continuous improvement. He came to ExcellerateHRO from Hewitt Associates, where he was an operations leader. Prior to that, he was a director with Sun Microsystems. In both roles, he led projects that significantly streamlined operational efficiencies.
Ian Cutter
Business Manager, Pensions
Ian Cutter is ExcellerateHRO's Business Manager for U.K. Pensions. In this role, he is responsible for the future direction of the pensions offering, as well as for new implementations and conversions. Ian has 20 years experience in the pensions industry. He joined ExcellerateHRO from Towers Perrin, where he was Client Delivery Manager. Prior to this he held several roles with the BBC Pension Scheme, one of the largest Schemes in the U.K.
