In this role, he is responsible for the future direction of the health and welfare offering, as well as for new implementations and conversions. John has 22 years' experience in benefits administration. He joined ExcellerateHRO from Towers Perrin, where he was a principal in the firm’s benefits administration practice.

Benefits Administration Practice Leader
Howard Goldspiel has more than 22 years' experience in benefits administration, consulting and system implementation. He holds the Enrolled Actuary designation and has extensive experience in Defined Benefits, Health and Welfare, and Defined Contribution plan design and administration.
