EMEA Benefits Administration Leader

James Montgomery EMEA has 12 years' advisory and business management experience in shared services and outsourcing. Jim implemented a new service delivery model for ExcellerateHRO in EMEA, delivering significant cost reductions while focusing on quality and continuous improvement. He came to ExcellerateHRO from Hewitt Associates, where he was an operations leader. Prior to that, he was a director with Sun Microsystems. In both roles, he led projects that significantly streamlined operational efficiencies.

Katrina McGurk

Business Manager, Flexible Benefits

Katrina McGurk is ExcellerateHRO's Flexible Benefits Business Manager within the U.K. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic direction of our U.K. Flexible Benefits offering, together with new implementations, migrations and delivery of ongoing services to our client base. Katrina has seven years' experience in benefits administration, and 16 years' experience in HR. She joined ExcellerateHRO from Towers Perrin Administration Solutions, where she was a service delivery manager.
