James Montgomery

EMEA Benefits Administration Leader

James Montgomery has 12 years' advisory and business management experience in shared services and outsourcing. Jim implemented a new service delivery model for ExcellerateHRO in EMEA, delivering significant cost reductions while focusing on quality and continuous improvement. He came to ExcellerateHRO from Hewitt Associates, where he was an operations leader. Prior to that, he was a director with Sun Microsystems. In both roles, he led projects that significantly streamlined operational efficiencies.

Mark Williams

Leader, Sales & Client Management

Mark joined ExcellerateHRO in 2008, following over 25 years working in the employee benefits consulting and administration sector. Previously, he was sales director at Xafinity Consulting and held a variety of roles prior to that at Aon Consulting and Mercer. Mark leads our sales and business development activities in the U.K. He also co-leads our client management function and has specific account executive responsibility for some of our largest clients.

John Attwood

Director, Finance and Business Planning

John is the Director of Finance and Business Planning for the EMEA region of ExcellerateHRO. In this role, John has overall responsibility for the financial and management reporting of the EMEA business and works as part of the senior management team to set strategy and direction. John has been a chartered certified accountant for over 18 years and joined ExcellerateHRO in 2005 from Towers Perrin where he held a similar role and prior to that was Assistant Financial Controller for the Allied Domecq pension fund, before its transfer to ExcellerateHRO.

Tim Halliday

Technology Practice Leader

Tim Halliday is ExcellerateHRO's EMEA Technology Practice Leader within our Product and Portfolio group. In this role, he is responsible for product and technology strategy, client implementations and technology operations. Tim has over 20 years experience in benefits administration and HR outsourcing and was one of the pioneers of flexible benefits administration and total reward solutions in the UK. He joined ExcellerateHRO from Hewitt Associates where he was a principal in the firm's technology practice for benefits administration, HR outsourcing and consulting.
