James Montgomery has 12 years' advisory and business management experience in shared services and outsourcing. Jim implemented a new service delivery model for ExcellerateHRO in EMEA, delivering significant cost reductions while focusing on quality and continuous improvement. He came to ExcellerateHRO from Hewitt Associates, where he was an operations leader. Prior to that, he was a director with Sun Microsystems. In both roles, he led projects that significantly streamlined operational efficiencies.
