Defined Benefit Practice Leader
Barry Rosenberg is ExcellerateHRO's Defined Benefit Practice Leader within our Product and Portfolio group. In this role, he is responsible for the future direction of the defined benefit offering, as well as for new implementations and conversions. Barry has 22 years' experience in benefits administration with a Masters of Business Administration from NYU's Stern School of Business. He joined ExcellerateHRO from Towers Perrin.
Howard Goldspiel
Benefits Administration Practice Leader
Howard Goldspiel has more than 22 years' experience in benefits administration, consulting and system implementation. He holds the Enrolled Actuary designation and has extensive experience in Defined Benefits, Health and Welfare, and Defined Contribution plan design and administration.
