United Technologies Renews Benefits Administration Agreement with ExcellerateHRO
PLANO, Texas – ExcellerateHRO today announced that United Technologies Corporation (UTC) has signed a multi-year renewal agreement for U.S. pension administration services, which will continue to ensure that current, future and former UTC employees receive excellent pension plan customer service.
“UTC values our long-standing relationship with ExcellerateHRO,” said Natalie Morris, director, Benefits and Human Resource Information Systems for UTC. “For more than 15 years, the people at ExcellerateHRO have helped guide our employees through the complex world of pension plans. New to the contract, which builds on the relationship that began in 1994, ExcellerateHRO will move UTC to a new benefits platform, which offers plan participants additional functionality and a more intuitive web experience. ExcellerateHRO will continue to administer the pension plans for the nearly 215,000 UTC active employees, terminated vested individuals, retirees, and surviving spouses who are participants in those plans.
