PLANO, Texas – Today ExcellerateHRO announced it has earned the number three position on the “Top Ten Global HRO Providers” list compiled by the Brown-Wilson Group for The Black Book of Outsourcing from Wiley Publishers. The Brown-Wilson Group, an outsourcing industry intelligence and data reporting firm, in coordination with its research effort entitled The Black Book of Outsourcing, surveyed more than 18,000 executives from corporations, businesses, organizations and government agencies who use, offer or are employed in outsourcing services about their outsourcing user experience. The results were formulated from a pool of 1,480 qualified outsourcing vendors.
The annual study, conducted during the first and second quarters of 2007 by the Brown-Wilson Group, measured outsourcing vendors’ performance in four key areas: human capital commitment, C-Level commitment, corporate direction and leadership impact. The survey comprised 26 criteria and indicators of vendor satisfaction, including process effectiveness, innovation, accountability and values, and strategic leadership.
