ExcellerateHRO Named Top HR Provider

ExcellerateHRO was recently chosen as a Top HR Provider, a list of the world’s premier HR outsourcing service providers established by the IAOP (International Association of Outsourcing Professionals).

The IAOP developed The Global Outsourcing 100 and its sub-lists as essential reference guides for companies seeking new and expanded relationships with the best companies in the industry. The lists includes companies from around the world providing the full spectrum of outsourcing services including information technology, business process outsourcing, facility services, real estate and capital asset management, manufacturing and logistics. This particular list features 20 companies, 14 of which are US based, three in the UK, two in Canada and one each in The Bahamas and Singapore, though most deliver services using offshore locations and staff.

How The Lists Were Developed

The Top HR Providers, a sub-list of The Global Outsourcing 100,, is based on applications received and evaluated by an independent judge’s panel. The evaluation process was rigorous and mirrored that employed by many customers. Four criteria were considered including size and growth, customer experience, depth and breadth of competencies, and management capabilities.

The evaluation team, comprised of IAOP member professionals, was led by Jagdish Dalal, a world-renowned outsourcing expert who has worked as a senior executive in customer, provider and advisor companies for almost three decades. Jag's work as the outsourcing customer for Xerox's $3.2B outsourcing contract with EDS was turned into a Harvard Business School case study and is used in many teaching curricula.
