Implementation

Experience and Flexibility Ensures Success

A successful implementation of HR delivery services first requires experience, based on proven, repeatable process. Then, within this proven structure, there must be flexibility. We've performed enough complex implementations – hundreds of them – to know that our clients' businesses don't stand still once implementation begins. No implementation plan, however detailed, can anticipate all of the change that may occur during the process – from changes in scope, to plan or program revisions, to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, to changes in client systems or personnel.

We work closely with clients to fully understand their needs. And while we manage implementation and administration consistently, our systems and processes are flexible enough to make the adjustments required to accommodate change while achieving objectives on time and within budget.

Our implementation process:

  • Is informed by the principles of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI )
  • Clearly defines scope of work, objectives, work plans, timelines and accountabilities
  • Documents and monitors specific measurable requirements
  • Employs comprehensive training programs for personnel
  • Ensures the transfer and continuity of knowledge
  • Incorporates quality management and change control processes
  • Mitigates the risks of transformation
  • Encourages client participation while minimizing client resource requirements
  • Applies and captures lessons learned for continuous improvement
