Product Development and Technology Leader Ed Rumzis has spent 22 years in strategic offering development and implementation. He has extensive experience creating and deploying large-scale HR business process outsourcing solutions.

HR Services Implementation Leader Kirk Limacher has more than 13 years of HR implementation experience, including core HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Talent Management and Compensation Management. He has led system and process transformation engagements for numerous U.S. and global Fortune 100 companies.

North American Benefits Administration Services Leader Ed Wolyniec has 24 years experience in HR delivery and technology services. He led U.S. Total Benefits Outsourcing for a global HR consultancy and was president and chief operating officer of a successful HR technology services company.

Canada Benefits Administration Leader Angela Goodchild is responsible for our Canadian benefits administration business. She has consulted extensively on the administration of pension and benefit plans, and has experience with the design and implementation of administration systems. Angela joined ExcellerateHRO from Towers Perrin where she was a principal, having joined the firm in 1982.

Benefits Administration Practice Leader Howard Goldspiel has more than 22 years experience in benefits administration, consulting and system implementation. He holds the Enrolled Actuary designation and has extensive experience in Defined Benefits, Health and Welfare, and Defined Contribution plan design and administration.

EMEA Benefits Administration Leader Jim Montgomery has more than 12 years advisory and business management experience in shared services and outsourcing. Jim implemented a new service delivery model for ExcellerateHRO in EMEA, delivering significant cost reductions while focusing on quality and continuous improvement.

Relocation & Assignment Services Leader Viktor Reznicek has more than 20 years' experience leading teams to deliver results and maximize return on investment for clients. As a managing director with Towers Perrin, he specialized in alignment of human resource programs with business strategy.

CRP, GMS and Real Estate Professional Debra Gundy holds over 25 years of experience in real estate and relocation. Her experience supporting all aspects of relocation including cost effective policy development, program implementation and program administration.

CRP, GMS Kelly West has more than 20 years of experience in both real estate and relocation. She has significant experience in selling homes in a difficult market, international destination and settling-in services, managing teams to deliver client results, quality improvement, financial management, and strategic account planning.

Global Audit and Compliance Leader Gerry Lowery has more than 20 years experience in HR and Benefits Administration outsourcing, compliance, financial control and call center operations. He has served as chief operating officer for a major defined contribution outsourcer and claims administration third-party advisor.
