Ed Wolyniec leads ExcellerateHRO's U.S. Benefits Administration services, including Benefits Administration co-sourcing. Wolyniec is responsible for all account management, strategic planning, operations and growth.

Wolyniec joined ExcellerateHRO in September 2007 from Mercer Human Resource Services, where he led the Total Benefits Outsourcing Americas practice. During his tenure at Mercer, he implemented benefits administration services for more than 25 clients.

Wolyniec joined Mercer when the company acquired SynHRgy HR Technologies, which he led as president and chief operating officer. He also served as president and chief executive officer of MyWAY.com, a startup company that provided Web-site services to the print media industry. Prior to that, he was a senior executive at Compaq Computers.

Wolyniec earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
