George Warman, ExcellerateHRO chief financial officer, directs the company's financial reporting responsibilities. His leadership encompasses corporate financial planning and analysis, audit, tax, and other aspects of the finance function.
Through February 2007, Warman was global capital manager for EDS. Responsibilities included managing EDS' annual capital plan and providing capital reporting to the senior leadership team. He also drove cash flow management through capital forecasting. He served as capital process owner and Global Appropriations Request Committee secretary.
Warman's career in corporate and government finance spans more than 20 years. At EDS' Finance group, he advanced through multiple positions from financial analyst to financial lead, helping solidify a megadeal with MCI WorldCom. As financial manager for EDS' Communications Industry Group, he provided new business analysis, budgeting and management reporting for the company's long-distance division.
From 2000 to 2003, Warman was chief financial officer and controller at enherent Corporation, where he was responsible for all accounting functions, budgeting, SEC reporting and compliance. He also prepared the company's annual report and investment policies with oversight of investments and banking relationships.
Warman's experience also includes positions as a financial analyst with the Federal Reserve Bank in Dallas and as a staff accountant for Merchants National Bank in Fort Smith, Ark.
In 1995, Warman completed the Financial Analysis Certificate Program at Southern Methodist University. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Arkansas Tech University.
