Doug Stover is ExcellerateHRO director of Human Resources with responsibility for driving HR initiatives. He supports the company’s executives in developing and executing strategies and programs. Initiatives include strengthening HR best practices and growing and retaining top talent.
Before joining the company in 2007, Stover was client lead for EDS' benefits outsourcing to ExcellerateHRO. He came to EDS in 2000 in Global Compensation & Benefits and led the equity compensation area. He became the director of U.S. Benefits in 2004, providing benefits administration services for more than 100,000 employees, dependents and retirees.
Prior to EDS, Stover spent 20 years with JCPenney in the finance area, working in investor relations and controller departments.
Stover earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Texas Tech University. Stover is active in community service and is currently serving in his second term as mayor of Coppell.
