Viktor Reznicek leads ExcellerateHRO's Relocation and Assignment services business, with responsibility for strategic planning, operations and growth. Reznicek has more than 20 years experience leading teams to deliver results for clients. Recently, he led one of ExcellerateHRO's largest accounts and, before that, led client operations for ExcellerateHRO's U.S. Benefits Administration business.
Reznicek joined the company from Towers Perrin, where he was managing principal of the Denver office. He specialized in alignment of human resource programs with business strategy and assisted clients with maximizing return on investment in their most important resource – people.
He has consulted in human resources and customer contact centers and has spoken at national human resources conferences on “Doing More With Less in HR” and “Optimizing Investment in Employees.”
Before he joined Towers Perrin, Reznicek worked as director of organization effectiveness at Tele-Communications, Inc. He began his career as a software developer. Reznicek earned a master's degree in business administration from the University of Chicago, and bachelor of science and bachelor of arts degrees from the University of Colorado. He is fluent in Czech and German and speaks conversational Spanish.
