Jim Montgomery leads ExcellerateHRO's EMEA Benefits Administration services, responsible for account management, strategic planning, operations and growth. With 12 years of advisory and business management experience in shared services and outsourcing, Jim implemented a new service delivery model for ExcellerateHRO in EMEA, delivering significant cost reductions while focusing on quality and continuous improvement.

Montgomery came to ExcellerateHRO from Exult (now Hewitt Associates), where, as an operations leader, he implemented significant change in operational efficiencies throughout the company's global HRO delivery centers.

Prior his experience at Hewitt Associates, Montgomery was a director with Sun Microsystems, where he set up a single logistics center for product distribution in the Netherlands, consolidating the operations of other country-based centers into the Netherlands site, thereby reducing logistics costs and improving customer satisfaction.
