Chris Rittenmeyer, vice president of ExcellerateHRO Americas, is responsible for all operations and growth in the region, which includes the United States, Canada, and Central and South America.
Previously, Rittenmeyer was vice president of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), making significant contributions to operational performance and expansion in that region. In his earlier role as director of ExcellerateHRO's global transformation, he restructured the company's global delivery strategy and directed its improvement endeavors. He also led teams that implemented business plans for key accounts, aligning their operations with ExcellerateHRO's broader corporate strategic plan.
From 2001 to 2005, he held a variety of management roles in sales, corporate strategy and client operations at EDS. These roles included developing and leading global strategy teams that implemented programs to increase operational effectiveness and provide cost savings.
While at EDS, Rittenmeyer was awarded EDS' Global Sales Top Performer status in 2003 and 2004. In 2002 and 2003, he won Contract of the Year awards.
Rittenmeyer received a bachelor of science degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Kansas.
