Daniel (Dan) Brennan is vice president of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for ExcellerateHRO. He has leadership responsibility for all operating activities, sales and delivery, and growth initiatives.
Brennan is also EDS vice president of EMEA human resources (HR) operations, with oversight of the company's HR function in the region. He is based in the United Kingdom.
Prior to relocating to London, England, with his family in June 2004 to assume the lead role for HR in EMEA, Brennan was director, human resources, for EDS' Canada Region.
Brennan previously held a number of senior HR and business roles. He served as senior vice president and corporate officer for Radian Communication Services Corporation in Toronto, Canada.
In a 14-year career at Xerox Corporation, Brennan held leadership positions as vice president of HR, Canada, and vice president of client operations for Xerox Canada’s outsourcing arm. He earlier advanced through a number of roles in human resources and sales management.
Brennan holds a diploma in human resource management from Niagara College. He also has a bachelor's degree in business administration from York University in Toronto.
