Scott F. Barrett is Leader of Americas Operations for ExcellerateHRO, the HR outsourcing business of EDS, an HP company. He has delivery responsibilities for the Benefits Administration business in the Americas, HR Outsourcing in the United States and Canada, and Global Relocation and Assignment Services.
Barrett designed and implemented a new operating model in 2008 that dramatically lowered the cost of delivery, increased client satisfaction, and created a platform for future growth.
Prior to joining ExcellerateHRO, he was the Director for Strategy and Execution for EDS Commercial Healthcare. There he was responsible for developing the strategic business plan for the unit, developing strategic partnerships, and defining the portfolio of products for the unit.
Previous roles included account leadership for clients in consumer packaged goods, retail, financial services, and manufacturing industries.
Currently, Scott holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from HRCI.
Scott Barrett has a master's degree in business administration from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Kentucky.
