Sanjiv Anand Biography

Sanjiv Anand serves as the chief operating officer for ExcellerateHRO, with P&L responsibility for the global business.
In a prior role with ExcellerateHRO, Anand served as vice president of global Product Portfolio with responsibilities for product strategy and development and new client implementations.
Before joining ExcellerateHRO, Anand gained extensive leadership experience in developing global products and services strategies, technology platforms, and transaction processing businesses.
In a distinguished 27-year career at Hewitt Associates, Anand was responsible for the HR services company's offering and product development function. He directed development of the company's benefit administration technology, drove global expansion, built out comprehensive HR outsourcing offerings and managed several large client engagements. He served as Hewitt's chief technology officer and global services strategy and development leader.
Anand serves on a number of business advisory boards and is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago.
Anand has a master's degree in business administration from Northwestern University and a bachelor of technology degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
