Sanjiv Anand is ExcellerateHRO vice president of Product Portfolio. He leads development and implementation of the company's comprehensive package of products and services.
Anand's responsibilities include offering development, offering solutions and business architecture, implementation and account startup, and core technology strategy. He leads the global offerings and delivery groups.
Before joining ExcellerateHRO, Anand gained extensive leadership experience in developing global products and services strategies, technology platforms, and transaction processing businesses.
In a distinguished 27-year career at Hewitt Associates, Anand was responsible for the HR services company's offering and product development function. He directed development of the company's benefit administration technology, drove global expansion, built out comprehensive HR outsourcing offerings and managed several large client engagements. Most recently, he was Hewitt's chief technology officer and services strategy and development leader.
Anand serves on a number of business advisory boards and holds memberships in the Economic Club of Chicago and TiE, a global nonprofit entity promoting innovation and entrepreneurship.
Anand has a master's degree in business administration from Northwestern University and a bachelor of technology degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
